Chicken breast with vegetables, potatoes and a curcuma dip.

Now there is a dish that is low-fat and rich in minerals which does not sacrifice flavour despite it being healthy. Chicken, fresh vegetables, asparagus and a curcuma dip.

Ingredients

(serves 4)

600 g chicken breast
500 g mini potatoes
20 g olive oil, cold pressed
400 g vegetables of your choice (including asparagus)
3g rock salt
1g pepper, black
1g chilli

Preparation

Steam the halved potatoes in the Steamwave for approx. 20 minutes on upper position at 100 °C. Brush the chicken breast with olive oil and season with pepper, salt and chilli and place in a steam tray on lower position. At the same time, put the vegetables with the potatoes in the steam tray on upper position. Steam all the ingredients together for approx. 30 minutes at 85 °C. Slice the chicken breast and arrange with the potatoes, dip and vegetables.
