Synappx mDesk brings the core value of Synappx Meeting into your virtual workspace, simplifying web conferences and enhancing collaborative creativity. Synappx mDesk helps organisations maintain real-time collaboration with both their remote and on-site workforce.

Meeting Timetable

Start meetings on time

  • Scheduled meetings appear on the Synappx Meeting launcher, providing a snapshot of daily meeting activities.
  • Start a web conference with one click - without searching for the meeting URL or ID.
  • The countdown timer appears before a meeting is scheduled to start, allowing organisers and attendees to start meetings on time.

The Synappx Meeting Assistant tool provides easy access to meeting materials (attachments and cloud storage files), a visual timer and agenda tracking.

End web conference sessions with one click* with the Synappx Meeting Assistant.

*When the web conference is started with its client application. Automatic meeting end using web browser-based meetings is not supported.

Central management

The Synappx Admin Portal allows you to track and manage Synappx Applications from one location. Here administrators gain central control of all necessary components of Synappx Applications. Visualised data is available to give administrators insight into organisational trends.
