Held in Lisbon, we brought together partners, dealers, colleagues, press and analysts from across Europe to experience the next chapter in Sharp’s journey. Inspiring thoughtful discussions, previewing new technologies and inviting fresh perspectives as we prepare for an exciting year.
A Landmark Event for a Unified Future
Following the unveiling of our ‘One Sharp’ proposition back in November, the Inspire Expo was the first major showcase of our new visual identity. It also affirmed our commitment to helping organisations enhance their performance and unlock new opportunities, no matter their size.
Working with our teams across Europe, we collaborated to design an Expo that was more than just a showcase of our new products and innovations. On the ground, our attendees immersed themselves in a living demonstration of our bold new transformation, bringing together IT Services, AV, workplace technology, and digital solutions under the unified ‘One Sharp’ ecosystem. This clear articulation of our cohesive strategy marks a fresh new direction for Sharp and an important milestone for Sharp across Europe.
From day one, the atmosphere was electric. As attendees walked through the Expo, they experienced first-hand, the power of integration, interactive displays, and expert-led demonstrations all showcasing how Sharp’s solutions work seamlessly together. The ability to get hands-on with our technologies, in the company of our expert product trainers, provided a sense of our One Sharp ambition and vision.

Event Highlights: ‘OneSharp’ in Action
One of the most anticipated moments of the Expo was the unveiling of Sharp DX, Digital Experience, our new and unified IT Services proposition that brings together more than 500 IT professionals from across Europe to deliver a consistent, scalable, and consultative approach to digital transformation. From cloud and cybersecurity to managed services and AI-driven solutions, Sharp DX has been built to help organisations become more human led and AI powered.
Our commitment to our partners was also demonstrated on the Expo floor with the launch of the refreshed SharpOne dealer portal and the enhanced PartnerShop. Enhancements to both portals provide a new, unified, intuitive environment for sales, marketing, and service resources, making it easier than ever for partners to engage, transact, and grow with Sharp.
Sharp’s most comprehensive range of A3 and A4 MFPs to date was also debuted. With new eco-friendly models, the BP MFP mono range, and previews of high-speed colour and entry level mono devices, we’re proud to be setting new standards in sustainability, security, and flexibility for the modern workplace.
Attendees also had a first look at the latest advancements in the Synappx ecosystem from Synappx Cloud Print V1.7, connecting Sharp MFPs to all major cloud storage services, to Synappx Cloud Capture, our first AI powered document automation solution. We’re proud to be able to make workflows smarter, more secure, and more efficient. And we’re not stopping there. Synappx Manage, our next-generation remote monitoring platform, highlighted how organisations can streamline device management for MFPs and displays and support hybrid work environments.
Products and services aside, the Expo was also a display of the full integration of Sharp Display Solutions into the One Sharp ecosystem. Seeing attendees explore the latest in LFDs, dvLED, and energy efficient ePaper technologies was inspiring – audiences were already discovering how these innovations might transform their workplaces, public spaces, and beyond.

What truly set Inspire Expo 2026 apart was the sense of unity and shared enthusiasm for the next stage of Sharp’s transformation journey. The event was a platform for ideas, innovations and inspiration. It was exciting to see our teams and attendees from across Europe come together. With new insights, inspiring perspectives, and a renewed sense of what can be achieved through partnership and innovation.
