Despite the perks of hybrid working, one third of European SMEs say that a lack of app skills is having an impact on productivity. And when nearly a quarter (22%) of SMEs say teams were less productive when working from home, it’s clear that a portion of the workforce is struggling to keep pace.

But this doesn't have to mean a full-time return to the office.
