TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The following are the terms & conditions for Sharp’s Synappx promotional offer.

1.    This promotion is made by Sharp Electronics Europe Limited whose registered office is at 4 Furzeground Way, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB11 1EZ, UK ("Sharp", "we", "our", "us"). By using this promotion you indicate acceptance of these rules together with any specific instructions and terms for such promotion which may be mentioned in any electronic messages, on the website, or communicated to you in any other way.

2.    Synappx Promotion:

    I.    Upon purchase of selected Sharp A3 Multi-Function Printers or Visual Displays Sharp will include a 12 month subscription of our Synappx Go & Meeting applications at no extra cost (“Synappx Offer Subscription”);

    II.    The Synappx Promotion is available for a limited period and may be changed or withdrawn by Sharp at any time, though any Synappx Offer Subscription ordered by you and confirmed by Sharp prior to a change or withdrawal of the Synappx Promotion will be honoured by Sharp;

    III.    Where a 12 month subscription is included at no additional charge, at the expiry of the initial 12 month subscription (“Initial Period”), the subscription will automatically convert to a 30-day paid rolling subscription (“Synappx Paid Subscription”);

    IV.    Sharp shall issue a reminder within 3 months of the end of Initial Period that the subscription shall convert to a Synappx Paid Subscription and shall confirm the cost of the subscription at that time;

    V.    The Synappx Offer Subscription shall convert to a Synappx Paid Subscription automatically at the end of the Initial Period unless terminated by you at any time during the Initial Period;

    VI.    Subject to clause V above, you may cancel the Synappx Offer Subscription at any time during the Initial Period by contacting your Sharp authorised reseller;

3.    All orders of a Synappx Offer Subscription will be subject to Sharp’s standard terms and conditions of purchase for Synappx products and services. As a condition of use of any Synappx application, the end user will be required to sign up to Sharp Corporation’s (i) Terms & Conditions of Use; (ii) End User License Agreement and (iii) Privacy Policy.

4.    Standard delivery charges may apply.

5.    This promotion cannot be used with any other promotion unless otherwise indicated.

6.    This promotion is not available to any employees of Sharp.

7.    Sharp shall not be liable to you if you suffer any financial loss or damage from our refusal to allow you to take part in the Synappx Promotion or our withdrawal of the Synappx Promotion or for any failure or inability by you to use the Synappx Promotion for any reason. Nothing in these rules excludes or limits our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by us, or for fraud.

8.    These rules are governed by the laws of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England shall apply.
