Dalasina Poland partnership

Sharp and Dalasina enter into Strategic Partnership to Capture Project Business in Poland

Sharp Energy Solutions Europe has concluded a strategic partnership with wind project developer Dalasina for photovoltaic project business. The two companies entered into the partnership in order to work together closely on their first 10MW project to be installed in Poland. Commercial operation is planned for 2022.

Dalasina is a family-owned capital group based in Poland with its head office in Warsaw. It operates in the Electric Power Generation industry focusing on wind projects. The project is the first of its kind for Dalasina. Dalasina will be the investor and owner of the  project.

The goal of this partnership is to realize partnership-based free-field photovoltaic projects in Poland. As part of the collaboration, Sharp and Dalasina are first cooperating on a 10MW project, which will be followed by others during the next years. Sharp and Dalasina’s  partnership will enrich the energy mix in Poland, which will result in promoting renewable energy sources across Poland.

In addition to its products, Sharp also brings over 60 years of experience in the photovoltaic business, especially in technical details, and has extensive expertise in the area of free-field PV system projects.

Dalasina’s strengths lie in public-law project development services, such as on-site communication, securing land use rights and procuring building land use and planning permissions. Dalasina also brings its many years of experience in developing wind energy projects to the table. The resulting approach makes rapid growth of more projects possible.

This strategic partnership allows Sharp to expand its capacities once again for delivering into large PV free-field systems in Poland.

Janusz Sobek, Sales Manager Central & Eastern Europe, SHARP Energy Solutions Europe: “Our strategic direction envisions massive expansion of delivering into projects in Poland. Together with Dalasina, we will plan and implement large PV projects. By working together, Dalasina will benefit from the advantages that we, as module supplier, can contribute to our partnerships: direct access to production capacity and technical expertise are just two examples. What we particularly like about our collaboration with Dalasina is that the work is carried out rapidly and is very outcome-oriented.”
