Sharp Energy Solutions Europe extends the partnership with JOMAsolar for agriculture, commercial and industrial solar projects. The two companies entered the partnership in 2020 in order to work together closely and expand their solar business for PV projects in Belgium and Luxembourg.
JOMAsolar Ltd specialises in the design, assembly and financing of renewable energy projects for the agricultural and industrial sectors in Luxembourg and Belgium, focusing both on photovoltaic systems with battery storage, charging and energy management solutions for electric vehicle fleets. JOMAsolar plans and implements all its projects for small and medium enterprises, general contractors and farms, with project-related optimized solutions developed based on the specific project energy consumption profile and on customer requests.
The aim of this partnership is to increase joint photovoltaic business in the farming, commercial and industrial sectors in Belgium and Luxembourg. As part of the collaboration, Sharp and JOMAsolar have worked together on the realisation of more than10 MWp of high quality, long-life solar projects across Belgium and Luxembourg.
JOMAsolar’s strengths lie in tailor-made turnkey solutions for projects, from engineering and procurement to construction, commissioning and after-sales service. Frank Johanns, the director of JOMAsolar, has more than 15 years of experience in this field.
In addition to its products, Sharp brings over 60 years of experience in the photovoltaic business, especially in terms of technical details, and has extensive expertise in the field of industrial, commercial and residential PV systems. This strategic partnership allows Sharp to expand its capacities to deliver more panels to Belgium and Luxembourg in collaboration with JOMAsolar.
